Shipping Rates

AJWILLDESIGN LLC,  primarily uses UPS and the USPS for shipping prints and canvases. Alternative carriers such as FEDEX may be used when shipping from one of our satellite production centers.

Free Shipping in the United States. International rates may apply. 

International Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated based on above rate plus an additional 30% of the order subtotal. Orders that contain items 24 inches or more in width or height AND that cannot be shipped in a tube, may be more. Recipient is responsible for any additional duty fees and taxes imposed by the destination country.

International transit averages 2 weeks but can take longer in some instances if delayed in customs. The destination country may require the recipient to pay custom fees or VAT (Value Added Tax) which is determined by that country. U.S. rates apply when shipping via the postal service to Hawaii, Alaska, APOs, and FPOs unless size and weight restrictions occur.

AJWILLDESIGN will contact you prior to processing for approval of any additional charges or if there are any issues with shipping large prints outside the U.S.
